Transfers

Transfers are images that printed on an item using heat and pressure.

	Stock items are preprinted onto transfer paper.
	Personalized transfers can be printed in the store from a scanned or electronic image or photo. Price list.
	Custom screen printed transfers are an alternative to screen printing. The end product is essentially the same, but can be less expensive for smaller quantities.

Create your own custom transfer by selecting a template, clipart, text, font, and colors. Transfers that use this process are discounted due to reduced art and set up costs. Be sure to keep track of the various items that you choose (clipart, font, text, colors, etc.) because the software will not save it!

The price list for custom screen printed transfers contains pricing options for Standard (art in vector format ready for print) and Designer (art must be created or modified before it can be printed) options. There are NO screen or other setup charges. When using smaller designs, Gang printing is much more economical where one transfer sheet can contain multiple images. Note that the pricing is different for gang sheets with the same design (and size) on a sheet and for different designs (or sizes) on a sheet.

Sublimation

Sublimation is a full color process that dyes the fibers of a synthetic item. It does not affect the "wickability" of hi tech garments as screen printing or other processes do. There is no "hand" to the graphic. Price list.
