The web pages that follow allow you to create your own product by uploading your own graphics and/or picking from a selection of clipart and/or keying in text with a wide assortment of fonts and shapes.

There are a multitude of items available here such as t-shirts, polos, performance sportswear, accessories, outerwear, home and office, sweatshirts, blankets, paper products, banners, stickers.

There is a decorating process that is specific to each item. The processes that are used are:

	Direct on Garment printing: The design is printed directly on the item from a special inkjet printer with special inks. The final result is similar to screen printing. Unlike screen printing, there is one charge for printing regardless of the number of colors in the design and no set up charges. However, note that darker color items (a black shirt rather than a white one) requires significantly more time to print and uses more ink and, therefore, costs more.
	Sublimation: The design is printed on paper with special ink. Then, using heat and pressure the design is transferred to the item. The heat and pressure is able to change the ink to a gas and it it then dyes the fibers so there is absolutely no feel of anything but the fabric.
	Laser: The design is "burned" onto the item using a laser. Therefore, the color of the design is monotone and darker shade of the item being decorated. It has a very interesting effect on fleece where it cuts away the fuzz down to the fabric.

FORMATS: When you select an item to be decorated, it will tell you the required format. The formats accepted are either .png or .jpg. If .jpg is acceptable, it will also indicate the best resolution (dpi). This is the resolution that the graphic should be at full size. Some items require .png for the darker colors (e.g. a black shirt) but can use either format on a lighter version.

If you want to save a design so that it can be ordered again, then you must register and log in. Otherwise, you can go in as "Guest" to browse or to order one or more items without saving them.

You can order any quantity from just one (1) item and up.

Embroidering and screen printing is not available here, but we would be happy to work with you on these options at our "brick and mortar" shop.
