ApparelAbout qualityMany name brand apparel manufacturers create specific lines for the decorated apparel markets. Low-end (cheap!) goods may not hold up to the stitching in embroidery. Many low-end items are not pre-shrunk so that after washing, the garment may shrink, but the embellishment, stitching or printing, will not. The result may be unattractive puckering. This is why we may refuse to embellish items that are brought into the store. NOTE: From time to time items are damaged when being decorated regardless of the technique. When you purchase the items from Ballyhoo!, we accept the risk and can usually replace the damaged item or remove it from the order. When you bring your own items for decoration, you accept the risk that the item may be damaged. We sell items that have been specifically manufactured for the decorated apparel industry.
