| | Standard screen printing (silk is no linger used) uses one screen per color to print a graphic. Most screen printers charge a set up and film charge for each screen. These costs are incorporated into our print prices and are not extra. The artwork that is to be printed must be in a "simple" vector format. If you do not have this format, we can convert it for a nominal charge.
We only screen print on items that you purchase from Ballyhoo!. The minimum quantity that we will screen print is 12 items. (We will print less, but you will have to pay for 12 prints, but not additional garments.) There may be other (not screen print) options for smaller orders. The standard screen printing pricing is listed below.
We are also able to provide non-standard screen printing. This includes puff and high density inks, glitter, foil, larger prints, all over prints, etc. These processes are custom quotes.
