	Prices are computed separately for each location.
	Additional charges for difficult to handle items may apply.
	Rush Charges
	While we usually are faster, normal delivery is two weeks after the order
	is placed.
	+  Requested delivery of less two weeks but at least one week:					25%
	+  Requested delivery of less than one week (if possible)					50%
	Artwork & Digitizing
	Standard fonts as well as designs from our stock collection are not
	charged additional art or digitizing fees.
	Basic digitizing is $75 for up to 10,000 stitches.  This will cover most left
	chest size designs.  For designs over 10,000 stitches, there is an .
	additional $10 for each thousand stitches beyond 10,000.
	Great digitizing is available on a custom quote basis.  This will show off
	the embroidery at it's best.
	Artwork that is not crisp and clear may incur additional expenses.
	VECTOR formats (.cdr, .ai, .eps, …) are preferred.  The art is crisper
	and the corresponding digitizing, and therefore the embroidery, will be
	crisper.  Bitmaps (.bmp, .jpg, .gif, .tif, …) can also be used as well as
	designs on paper.
